The following categories of individuals are not permitted to hold a boombet account:
boombet may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, and will always require KYC completion before processing your first withdrawal. Standard KYC documents include a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement showing your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account number linked to your boombet account).

4.5 Account inactivity: a boombet account that has recorded no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. boombet will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy-related administrative fee. Any remaining real money balance will be preserved and returned to the Player upon successful account reactivation and identity verification.

5.4.1 You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed. boombet will not release funds to an unverified account under any circumstances.
5.4.2 Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. boombet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
5.4.3 Where active bonus funds are present in your account, withdrawal eligibility is subject to the applicable wagering requirements being satisfied in full before the withdrawal is approved.

6.3 Bonus funds must be used within the specified validity period. Expired bonus funds and any wagering progress accumulated toward those bonus funds will be forfeited automatically without notice.
6.4 boombet reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings where the Company determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, pattern betting, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to circumvent the spirit or intent of the wagering requirement.
6.5 Unless a promotion's specific terms expressly state otherwise, bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through multiple accounts or through shared infrastructure will be treated as bonus abuse in accordance with Clause 9.
7.1 All sports bets placed on the boombet sportsbook — including cricket, PSL markets, international T20 and Test cricket, UFC, and all other available sports — are accepted subject to the applicable sports-specific betting rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform.
7.2 Bets are only confirmed once the Platform has accepted the wager and issued a confirmation with a bet reference number. boombet reserves the right to refuse any bet prior to confirmation without providing a reason.
7.3 In the event of obvious pricing errors — including but not limited to odds that are materially inconsistent with the true market price — boombet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's real money balance, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
7.4 In-play bets are subject to the prevailing live odds at the moment the bet is accepted by the platform. Latency, network delay, or communication errors between a Player's device and boombet's servers may result in a bet being accepted at odds different from those displayed at the time of submission. In such cases, the odds recorded on boombet's servers at the moment of acceptance are final.
